Build a career that shapes children’s futures
We’re growing our East Coast centre and looking for educators and support staff who share our academy-first, community-minded approach.
Subject Teacher
Teach English, Mathematics, Science or Chinese to Primary and Secondary students. Degree holders and former MOE teachers strongly encouraged to apply.
- Relevant degree or teaching qualification
- Prior tutoring/MOE experience preferred
- Passion for mentoring, not just teaching
Centre Carekeeper
Support daily student care operations — supervision, meals, activities and pastoral care for children aged 7–12. Warm, patient, and reliable candidates welcome.
- Experience with children preferred, not required
- Full training provided
- Priority recruitment for candidates aged 65+
Centre Head
Own day-to-day centre operations — staff scheduling, curriculum delivery oversight, and parent relations. Leadership experience in education or childcare required.
- 3+ years in education/childcare operations
- Strong communication with parents & staff
- Hands-on, service-oriented leadership style
A workplace that values experience at every age
We prioritise recruitment for seniors aged 65+ in our admin and centre-support roles — because experience and warmth matter just as much as qualifications. Whatever your role, you’ll be part of a small, close-knit team with real ownership over the children’s daily experience.
